Mainca Model EI-30INT Hydraulic Sausage Stuffer (New 2012), Hobart Model 5801 Meat Saw, Henny-Penny Model HC-900 Heated Holding Cabinet, Hobart Model 4146 Meat Grinder, #32 Cutters, “The Sausage Maker” Gas Fired 100 Lbs. S.S. Smoker, Hobart Model 8186 “Buffalo” Meat Chopper, (2) Hobart Model 1712E Slicers, (2) Kolpak Parsons and Crown Tonka Walk-In Coolers, Freezers and Chill/Hold Chamber, Misc. Slaughtering/Butchering/Packaging Equipment including Saws, Scales, Overhead Conveyor, Cutlery, Tables, S.S. Trays and Carts. The Auction was Attended by 80 Bidders from 15 States, Canada, Mexico and Nicaragua.  The Bidding was Spirited and all Concerned were Happy with the Sales Results.
