Our name, as well as our management, has remained a constant over the years. Since our founding in 1961 by James A. Luggen, Cincinnati Industrial has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in assets in the United States, Canada and Mexico. In 1977, the founder's sons, Jerome A. Luggen and Jeffrey L. Luggen were handed the management of the company, expanding its scope and size.
