Written bids should be mailed or faxed to our office by 4:00 pm EST the day before the sale. To place a bid by proxy, complete the Proxy Bid Form and mail or fax to our office in Cincinnati, Ohio. For the proxy bid to be accepted, a 25% deposit of your total bid must be received in our office by 9:00 am EST the day of the sale. Using Overnight Express Mail is recommended to guarantee we will receive your bid and deposit on time.
