Event Specific Terms and Conditions:   WEBSITE INFORMATION GUIDE View Brochure – This contains the most detailed auction information including machine specifications and photographs, sale times, dates, locations & related. Auction Catalog – This is the lot by lot listing for each auction which establishes the sale order.  Only item's marked with a ** will be available for online bidding. View Gallery – These are photographs taken after the lot catalog is completed.  This also contains additional photos of items that may not be included in the auction brochure. Equipment Listing – Only available for certain auctions, this contains a preliminary listing of items or when noted a specific detailed list of certain assets in the auction. PAYMENT TERMS Everything is being sold for cash on an "As Is", "Where Is" basis without warranties expressed or implied. Bidders must post a deposit upon registration or post a deposit of 25% at time of knockdown by Auctioneer.  All deposits and payments must be in cash or certified funds. Company checks are only acceptable if accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee. The original must be present at sale site. All invoices must be paid in full at the sale's conclusion. Any merchandise not paid for by this time will be considered abandoned and may be resold by the Auctioneer, any loss incurred in the resale to be borne by the original buyer. All sales subject to state and local tax where applicable. A buyer's premium is in effect for this sale. All bidders must comply with our customary "Terms of Sale" which are posted on the website, at the premises and in the auction Catalog. REMOVAL TERMS Auction Day  - No merchandise may be removed while the sale is in progress. Time permitting, auction personnel will be available at the conclusion of the sale for (1) hour for the removal of tabletop and hand carried items only. Post Auction Day Removal – After the auction day, items will be available for removal during normal business hours. Call or see auction catalog on sale day for specific removal dates and times. Company Checks (drawn on US banks only) Company checks are only acceptable if accompanied by a letter from the payor's bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers. Wire Transfer The Wire Transfer method for payment of your final invoice is as follows: Bidders must make the customary 25% deposit using one of the other stated methods of payment. The balance due on your invoice should be wired to our account within 24 hours after the auction. Funds may be wire transferred directly to Cincinnati Industrial's account.
