PAYMENT TERMS Everything is being sold for cash on an "As Is", "Where Is" basis without warranties expressed or implied. Bidders must post a deposit upon registration or post a deposit of 25% at time of knockdown by Auctioneer.  All deposits and payments must be in cash or certified funds. Company checks are only acceptable if accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee. The original must be present at sale site. All invoices must be paid in full at the sale's conclusion. Any merchandise not paid for by this time will be considered abandoned and may be resold by the Auctioneer, any loss incurred in the resale to be borne by the original buyer.
